三(san)、安裝(zhuang)注(zhu)意事項(xiang):
1、將直線軸(zhou)承裝配于軸(zhou)承座內時,不要(yao)直接(jie)碰撞軸(zhou)承殼(ke)體側端和卡環及密封(feng)圈,請使用專用工具均勻緩慢壓(ya)入。
2、直線(xian)軸(zhou)承和專用(yong)(yong)軸(zhou)進行裝(zhuang)配時,要注意軸(zhou)的軸(zhou)心(xin)和軸(zhou)承軸(zhou)心(xin)保持平行,不可(ke)用(yong)(yong)過(guo)大的角度安裝(zhuang),角度過(guo)大容易影響(xiang)軸(zhou)承的精度及使用(yong)(yong)壽(shou)命, 甚至可(ke)能直接造(zao)成鋼球脫落(luo)。
四、使用(yong)(yong)注意事項 線性(xing)軸承的設計就是要使用(yong)(yong)于直線反復運(yun)動的場合,不適(shi)合用(yong)(yong)于回轉(zhuan)運(yun)動,這(zhe)樣(yang)會影響線性(xing)軸承的壽命(ming)。
